Hashtag Distributors aims to provide the highest customer satisfaction to our customers and is willing to replace/return a product in the below-mentioned cases:
1. Hashtag Distributors will accept the return only of the products that are directly delivered by the Company.
2. Hashtag Distributors may accept the return in case the incorrect product has been delivered direct by the Company. Buyer may request a replacement; however, the replacements would be subject to the availability of the particular product.
3. In good condition with in original packaging. All products, parts and accessories and the UPC Code on the exterior and received in proper condition to be able to be sold again.
4. All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
5. All free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned
6. It is the customer’s responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to Hashtag Distributors.
What if My Order is Missing a Few Products?
Sometimes we are out of stock on a few products and can’t get it shipped out with the rest of your order. This might be the case so please triple check once you receive the order and let us know within 24 hours.
International Shipments
If you sent us the shipping label for an international order, you will be responsible for the products after the order has left our warehouse. We are not responsible for it. If there are items missing when you receive the package, please reach out to us. Some items may have been left out due to inventory shortage.
We are not responsible for return labels for international orders. If you want to return your products, you will be responsible on paying for a shipping label and sending it back.
